We learned that Pancake Day used to be a way of using up all the left-over ingredients in the cupboard and we decided to make pancakes to celebrate the day. Kelly was very busy – she helped us all to ‘have a go’, weighing and adding the ingredients, mixing the batter and pouring it carefully into the pan. Kelly and Lynn tossed the pancakes too and then, when they were cooked, we all had a taste! Yum!
