This week we made a fire in the Forest School! Debbie took a group of children down to the fire pit and recapped on the fire pit rules. They then had to remember how to kneel in the respect position when it was their turn to cook on the fire. They cooked yummy marshmallows and a piece of toast! One child commented ‘My favourite thing was cooking my toast on the camp fire.’ All the children will be experiencing a Forest School fire over the next few weeks. Please bring any twigs in that you collect.
