This week our wheelbarrow was collected. The children and the staff have entered into a competition at Gardeners’ World Live to grow everything you need for a meal in a barrow! Our ingredients made a Wooten Pie that was used around seventy years ago. The reason this recipe was chosen was also linked with our up and coming 70th Anniversary of our Nursery. The children and staff had lots of fun growing the various vegetables and herbs for this recipe. If anyone goes to the Gardeners’ World Live show you can vote for our wheelbarrow or any of the other schools wheelbarrows!
